Week 1 ✨ HIPS DON’T LIE
This week we'll focus on the THE HIPS. Our hips are a powerful tool and ensure we can lift, carry, and groove on. We'll target our hip muscles with light resistance and functional moves that our days as moms require.
Week 2 ✨PELVIC POWER
This week we'll focus on the power of the pelvis. We'll use breath techniques and conscious coaching to brace the pelvic floor.
Week 3 ✨ MOMS WHO LIFT
Did you know that pregnancy doesn't mean you have to limit your weight bearing activity? Every pregnancy is different but ultimately its LABOR! Teaching our mind and body to endure hard work makes for a stronger self capable of doing hard things. Being strong is our greatest currency for longevity, and parenting is a long road. This week we'll break down functional movements you'd catch in a strength class to make you feel certain of form and that you're lifting weights in a safe way.
Week 4 ✨ CALM YA TITS
Momma's we know your physical and emotional load is enormous. This week we'll hold space for deep stretch, breath, and reflection. Embrace the quiet and encourage the certainty that whatever it is, you got this.
